How we collect, use and protect your information.

We collect information you provide when registering — name, mobile number, email, resume, skills, experience, education, expected salary, languages and preferred locations. Employers provide company details and verification documents. We also collect usage data such as pages visited and searches run, to improve the service.
Candidate information is used to match you with jobs and, where you apply or an employer requests your resume, shared with that employer. Employer information is used to verify legitimacy and display company profiles. We send notifications about application status, interviews and relevant openings.
Resumes are stored on secured cloud storage with access through expiring signed URLs. Passwords are hashed; sessions use token-based authentication. Access to personal data inside Manyam is role-restricted and audit-logged.
We never sell personal data. Resumes are shared only with verified employers you apply to or approve. We may disclose information where required by law.
You can edit or delete your profile at any time from your dashboard, or write to privacy@manyamconsultancy.com to request a copy or deletion of your data.
